Russian Haze cheater

Russian guy cheating with 10+ accounts every day. Still not banned though. Can you do something about it? He is playing with vac ban on his accounts and still cheating. it's very frustraiting that anti cheat is doing literally nothing to them. I have around 10 cheaters in a day in my games. Most disgusting is autoblock and nearly all of them have it.

Believe it or not, Valve isn't going to ban the majority of their playerbase in any given Valve game.
