Her gun would be an SMG with high fire rate but low base DPS.
General Idea for each of her abilities. No numbers for obvious reasons, but how each ability would function.
1 -Fan of Blades: Throw out a fan of knives, dealing spirit damage to the first enemy hit by each knife.
Tier I: Deals extra damage to creeps.
Tier II: Lower Cooldown and knives now pierce 1 enemy.
Tier III: Anti-Heal debuff.
2 - Guile: Break into a sprint and become disarmed for a short duration, but you evade a percentage of all bullets shot at you.
Tier I: Increased Sprint Speed.
Tier II: Gain slight spirit resist while sprinting.
Tier III: Increased evasion chance.
3 - Backstab: Melee attacks from behind deal bonus damage.
Tier I: Increased bonus damage.
Tier II: Weapon attacks can backstab. (Does not apply to enemies outside of damage fall off range.)
Tier III: Backstabs on enemy heroes apply movement slow. (There is a 'protection' period equal to twice the duration of the movement slow until they can be slowed again.)
4 - Distortion Strike: Teleport forward, dealing damage to the nearest enemy hero within melee range. Deals extra damage if you are behind them.
Tier I: Increased teleport range.
Tier II: Increased damage.
Tier III: Become Invisible for a short duration if you successfully kill an enemy hero with this ability.
