"Rope Cannon" movement tech (extreme speed glitch)

The person who made the vid said the inputs are "hold a or d while on a rope, then hit warpstone, then 1 game tick later you dash".

This is a "movement tech" that crosses the line in my head of what's valid for a movement tech (it's too hard to input and too unintuitive/janky while also being too situationally extremely strong) so I'm reporting it as a bug.

btw I understand removing Heavy Melee Cancel as a movement tech, but please don't ever remove Dash Warp Jumping (doing a dash jump with a warp stone cast in the middle). You could remove it by making it so Warp Stone interrupts the "Dashing" state so that you can't do the Jump after warping, but dash warp jumping is really fun so I hope you never do this.
 
Can be done very consistently. Makes rotating/escaping a joke. I believe the bug happens because of warp stone reattaching you to the rope. So you warp in place, and dash to keep all the momentum from the warp stone.
