Enemies cannot be hit by Heavy Melee and Projectile both. (Heavy Melee has priority).
 
Nice idea. There's many situations where this item would be useful, especially finishing off the escaping enemy. How much fast would be the projectile? Does it proc effects just as usual Melee? Would it be able to be parried?

Projectile speed is roughly similar with silence wave, but not too big enough to dodge roll away.

All melee items are also procced, but you can parry the projectile and take no damage (still don't stun the rocket puncher)
 
I actually like the idea there. It's a pretty nifty alternative to Crushing Fists, and feels like it helps more with Utility vs. the raw damage output Crushing Fists provides.

The fact that the projectile can be parried normally without stunning the person using the melee is also a smart choice. It makes it so that the parry isn't worthless, but gives melee builds an alternative to just having to spam light melee and pray they don't get a parry.
