Use this item on an enemy hero and your bullets will ricoshet/home to the target and shows bullet trajectory on the screen. Cannot headshot.

As additional effect increases bullet speed passively/actively
For ricoshet version of the item perhaps make it a component for an existing Ricoshet item
Personally I think an existance of this item would be detrimental to the game but maybe some balance could be done to make this item reasonable to add to the game
