Reworking Superior Stamina into a tier 2 item (or at the very least add some slow immunity)

I feel like this item is very hard to justify because of how expensive it is when you can just buy enduring speed and call it a day.
Even the 500 cost item extra stamina is not that amazing in my opinion considering how much better every other 500 cost green item is (except extra regen).
Also add slow resistance to dashes. If it feels too strong extra dash can be reduced from 3 to 2.
