Abrams currently has 2 useless abilities (3 and 4), but he's remains strong because his gun is really good. I want to change his 3, arguably the most useless ability in the game into something that remains useful past laning. His 4 is simply a stat issue, it's too slow, recovers too long, damage is too low and is way too easy to avoid. That can be changed with a stat tweak but his 3 needs a bigger modification to be useful. Abrams 3 is designed to keep him in the fight, but the recovery time is just too long. My suggestion is to change the 3 into something similar to pain battery on victor, abrams will take 100% damage, and a portion of damage taken will be added to the tank (with an upper cap so you can't instantly full heal). Everytime Abrams pops the 3, he consumes the tank and heals for the amount in the reserve. This rewards frontlining and tanking damage by giving abrams increased sustain during fights. This ensures that abrams 3 remains useful for the entire game by making it him far harder to burst and hopefully allowing more playstyles than just building gun
