Idea is same as Kinetic Dash and Arcane Surge but buffs come from each spended stamina bars. Up to 3 stacks of buff on 2 stacks buffs are equivalent to Kinetic Dash and Arcane Surge with new T2 Vitality Item giving 5% of spirit and bullet resist per stack.
More usefull for various characters than current analog and giving more options to control distance in fight.
