Won the game, went back to home screen - it said "Resume Spectating," I clicked that, and found myself back in a broken version of the match. Several other players were also there in the same situation. Match ID was 31847874. Other people left (taking the penalty), I waited for a while and then tabbed away and when I looked back I was on the home screen again.
