Return Fire + Metal Skin

If you shoot a target with Metal Skin, and they have Return Fire Activated. You will receive the bullet damage return, even though metal skin doesn't proc any bullet damage.

Hmm after reading what return fire does, maybe this is the intended interaction? Since this is more of a counter attack, rather than reflecting the damage back. I'm uncertain, but i'll leave this thread open.
