Restorative Locket does not show cast range, plus a note on Improved Reach

If you buy Improved Reach and look at Locket's cast range, it increases, but this increase is not indicated in the tooltip anywhere.

Related note: Improved Reach applies both the imbued and other bonus to items, wondering if this is intentional?
