Restarting game while mid-game bugs out your character

If you restart while on a game your character will bug causing your bullets to be invicible, hability icons turning grey like they are off cooldown, animation issues, etc.

this is really obnoxious and needs resolved as soon as possible. sometimes we have to restart the client because of bugs, and then get hit with new ones for our efforts.
