Respawn timers too long or just right?

I feel like certain aspects of the respawn time is completely perfect, like when attacking the enemy stronghold, but when not all that much is happening, being killed and having to wait 45 seconds just to play again just seems tedious. Opinions?
 
Main thing about respawn - that's you can't farm at this time, so 45sec sufficient punishment for accidental death
 
It definitely feels like it needs more tweaking. The winning team just snowballs to victory since the losing team will more or less just be stuck staring at the respawn screen half the time.
 
The respawn timers are quite generous actually. In other MOBA's such as Smite the timer can reach upwards of 60-75 seconds depending on how long the game is going for.
 
Would you prefer your match to last to 60+ mins every game?

In my opinion, the respawn timers are in a good spot because risk of death also increases the risk of losing the team-fight and losing the match,

Plus is only starts to get punishing past 25 mins
