Rescue Beam during Abram's Seismic Impact bugs out

If Abrams gets Rescue Beamed during his Ultimate, he will no longer rise until the Rescue Beam has ended, at which point Abrams will rise indefinitely (until the ability ends.) While being Rescue Beamed, Abrams can walk around as normal, despite being stuck in the rising animation. The videos below demonstrate this occurrence. The first video is a test in Sandbox, whereas the second video is this bug happening during a match.
