Rescue beam can glitch out peoples rolls

Rescue beam will make it so rolls get canceled, jumps get canceled, even trying to use the zipline will cause people to bug out. It's not always happening though causing it to be inconsistent.
 
Wanted to chime in that this exact issue I wanted to report. The clarify the problem happens even if you don't actually pull them, just attaching the beam is enough to mess with teammates. Any sort of movement seems to be tethered. I think the reason it feels inconsistent is that it has a tether effect like Vindicta's leash and the leash distance is based on your initial distance to the target. So if you start far and they roll towards you they won't experience any problems but if they try to move, roll, jump, etc. outside of the tether range it stops them.
 
Same deal with rope climbing. They just instantly drop from the rope despite not pulling them.
