Just played my first 5 ranked games, had a guy running down towers throwing the first 10 minutes, on purpose, confirmed by the player that he was throwing. Ask the other team to report, they report me instead and now I'm com banned til Saturday so I can't get my rank. This game has the same problem as CS where people just mass report bc they know it'll get you banned. I've gone through a cycle in CS of being banned for griefing for a month, take two months off, play one game and get banned again. I had to play Faceit just to play the game, but there's no Faceit for Deadlock. I really love this game and would hate to have to drop it because people just abuse report system and you can't play.

You are the problem then. And honestly need to be banned for admitting it. A person running down lanes and intentionally feeding is a legitimate griefer. and should be reported and acknowledged by a real competitive player as such. Instead you think it's funny to troll and report people for asking you to help rid this toxic player from the game pool. No wonder this game is starting to fall already. people like you reporting for fun, while really toxic ppl just troll through each match and get no punishment.
 
There was a chat block for 3 days, yesterday I played 2 games, there were no arguments, swearing, after the 2nd game I got a chat block for 7 days, just like that, that is, opponents could send each of us a report and we would all get a chat block. Now I can't play rating, because even if you just used a microphone in the game, a person in a bad mood can send you a report and you will be blocked.

Well it's a ranked game in actual fact he's happy that he's getting his free win from the griefer so he'll probably commend him after. He'll be happy with this player until they're on their team griefing. Then it will be a problem and all the tears come out.

With such a system, without verification, soon there will be no players left in the rating, online is already falling, if opponents can just send you 6 reports and you will be blocked, this game is not worth any effort.

Imagine the amount of people who communicate who are actively being removed from the pool during a time when matchmaking quality was already poor. How the fuck are you supposed to make adjustments and fix the problem if there isn't enough players to form good matches?

I'll sit in the ban, no problem, but when thousands more people are in the ban and the search for games will be 15-20 minutes, and the quality of the matches will be terrible, then they will start to act, now we can only watch, where anyone can just send a report on you as trolling and you will get a ban in the near future, so the joke is that the duration of the ban is growing, as I understand it: 3/7/14/30/Permanent Ban

Or it will turn into all these people creating smurfs and newbies who just came to the game will play with 20-30 deaths in the game and then just delete the game because they were dying the whole last match and couldn't do anything.

Wonderful to know it's a strike system with no cooldown. It's fine though. I'm not concerned about getting a single extra ban if they fix this. I have never been banned in over 5 months of communicating the way I do and the second an adjustment is made and automatic thresholds are in place with no investigation it's suddenly a problem. Crazy, right?

I agree, but this is a beta, we can only tell the developers about problems, and they will make decisions based on our reports. I will understand if there are banwords that are absolutely prohibited from use, but when the system blocks for unfounded reports, it's ridiculous. I sat in mute for 3 days to get a 7-day mute after 2 games, what should I do after 7 days? Break my microphone and use only WASD and a mouse? Then what's the point of ranked games if you spoke = got muted. Although as I understand it, you don't even need to speak, you will get a ban for a report even without words in the game.

Yep it's an automatic trigger 3 reports 1 game you're done.

Yup, that's the pathetic state of gamers these days. No integrity, trolls and griefers.
