Replays glitching + Replay map glitching

Sometimes replays will open up at like 15x normal speed and you cant open up the menu or pause it (Atleast not instantly), You sorta have to pray it stops and fixes itself. Once it 'fixes' numerous rendering/visual bugs persist, such as characters limbs being stretched completely across the map, etc. Replays also have many bugs related to skipping around, it often temporarily breaks some animations.

Bonus bug - map at the top is sometimes not accurate. as seen in second image.

The AnimGraph on character (models/npc/gargoyle/neutral_gargoyle.vmdl) created more than 200 animevents in a single tick, which is crazy and probably a mistake. Only the first 200 will get emitted, and the rest will get ignored. Check your graph to make sure that you don't have an animation that is playing so fast it loops hundreds of times in a single tick.
