It does not show on the replay, as far as I understand, but during real game, both teams were destroying a weakened patron and Amber has (actually) got it first, but on in-game UI it displayed Sapphire team victory. Maybe we destroyed patrons at the same tick or frame or whatever? Then post-game we noticed that we actually lost instead of winning.
