[RenderSystem] vkQueuePresentKHR failed with error 1000001003

this is on linux, with an nvidia 3090

yeah, this is still ongoing for me with my 3090 & latest nvidia drivers.

if there's any way to suppress this from the console so that my console logs are usable, that would be great
