Rendering error with all textures being blue

Hi, I recently convinced one of my friends to play the game with me, but when he opened the game for the first time his entire game was blue.

He already tried updating drivers, changing the render from dx to vulkan, and a lot of other things but it simply won't get fixed.

I have no clue on what his pc configuration is, since he is currently sleeping.
