I just have no love for this new Cooldown item set: Transcendent encourages abilities generally be left slow, except for the cooldown-agnostic (& rare threat of activation) kits it’s a bad first T4 but critical second/third, & it lets one ‘do more’ but sans agency. And wrt Compress & Superior, that ‘agency’ for choosing what to imbue feels like just an obligation because the buff is dinky & then upgraded away (& for more feelsbad has to be stepped around quick-buying the latter)
