Screenshot attached. By the statue in the hideout atrium, if rem uncrouches in the middle of the tunnel entrance it causes him to go under the floor. Consistent with my retries.
I had something similar to this happen to me, at the tunnel entrance by the big statue guy if you jump at a certain spot in the vent door it pops you out there too
