Rem Tag Along

Rem's Tag Along seems to be getting canceled and go on cooldown often since this patch 19/03/26.
Sometimes when you try to tag along on a tight angle just before losing vision, it consumes the cool down and doesn't jump you anymore.
pls fix

its been a while like that, im not able to clip currently but its pretty common. Will provide match once i see this happening again.
