Seeing the recent patchnotes made me look over Rem's tag along again after seeing this line
- Rem: Tag Along T2 Item and Barrier effectiveness increase from 20% to 25%
Rem's tooltips don't mention an item effectiveness increase, only a barrier effectiveness increase. I thought it may just be an ambiguous way of writing it, but when you take t3 tag along, items DO deal more damage - and then immediately stop dealing more damage when you leap off the ally.
So, there could be any number of bugs here
- t3 tag along bonus item damage is erroneously not in the t3 upgrade tooltip, and stops applying to items immediately if you hop off an ally, even though the buff is supposed to last
- t2 tag along is supposed to do bonus item damage, but does not, the tooltip is ambiguous, and that effect is instead applying to the t3
Alongside those two issues, as mentioned in previous bug posts, items are not snapshotting their damage or range at the time they are used, so rem randomly loses item damage and range for already used items upon exiting tag along. This severely hurts alchemical fire, and noticeably hurts cold front.
