I don't think this is intended, but Rem is able to cast Lil Helpers on a target multiple times as long as the helpers are still on the way (haven't attached to the unit yet). It can be done to both troopers and heroes as well.
When done on troopers, it procs healing multiple times according to the number of helpers attached. This makes it quite strong. Other than that, I don't think the other buffs stack (even on heroes).
Also, on another note, seems like sending Lil Helpers to a trooper heals it to full? Not sure if it's intended or not.
