Rem Omnicharge Signet Between Charges bug

I had Rapid Recharge and omnicharge signe.
Omnicharge Signet was used in skill 1.
But the between charges became 10 seconds.
I think Charging is broken so only the cooldown time is applied. (cooldown time 9.45s)

Experienced same bug but with dynamo, omnicharge plus rapid recharge set my time between charges to 5 secs instead of reducing it
