When testing Rem I would find that his helpers would go on cooldown even when not targetting anything. At first I thought this was intented and just a strange design decision until I found that in certain areas of the map I would get the "NO TARGET" text.

After some testing I found the issues were related to shops, which is why certain areas of the map behaved different. If you use Lil' Helpers with no target anywhere within 45m (Lil' Helpers range) of a shop they will go on a 5 second cooldown. (While writing this I thought to try out ability range items, but apparently the range of Rem's 3 cannot be scaled.)
I recorded a video showing the no-target cooldown, but also some other strange behaviors related to this. In the beginning I talk about the helper targetting system as well, though that isn't so much a bug as much as ability feedback.
