Similar to my Charged Melee Gambling Item, this item would however work every time the player reloads their weapon.
Upon finishing a weapon reload, the player will either receive a burst of movement speed, 1 stamina bar back, a slight rate of fire increase or a small spirit/bullet shield.
These are all useful in different scenarios and could easily be the difference in winning a 1v1. There's no real negative to the gambling aspect of this item since all outcomes of the reload are beneficial to the player, so this would be a little expensive in the shop.
