This could be a somewhat expensive item due to its lockdown capability.
The core of the item is that upon hitting an enemy with a charged punch, they will be inflicted with either a stun, a root, a slow or knockback. That's the 'gambling' part of it, seems very fitting considering the games theme and world.
The stun or root would be the ideal outcome from the charged melee, a slow is decent, but a knock back will smack enemies away (getting them out of harms way and away from you) although in some scenarios where you are behind the enemy, punching them towards allies would be advantageous.
Other statuses and effects can also be considered (lifesteal, burst of movement speed etc..)
This could work wonders in a melee centric build offering a fun amount of rng while still being a viable option.
