Rejuvenating and Mystic Shot should always be accurate

And what I mean by that is for shotguns its kind of left to RNG if the right pellet hits when attacking someone. I feel like it should always choose a center pellet, and allow no deviation for pistols and rifles as well. It doesnt feel like to much of a crazy overpowered change, it just adds more consistency to the items.
