Rejoining match bug

I've gotten put in low priority queue twice now after queuing into a game then immediately being sent to the hideout again. No game appears on my match history and yet I've gotten 24-hour banned twice and now I'm in low priority queue for the second twice with a 2 win requirement for literally no reason. I understand bugs happen, I'm just worried about being perma banned for something I have no control over

I've tried:

Restarting game, restarting PC, verifying file integrity, and reinstalling the game since the first ban.

To specify, no matter what I do, the rejoin button never does anything and I'm told leaving is safe now right before being banned :'(

To add to others reporting this issue, I'm from the Middle East, Saudi Arabia. Seems like all the reports of this issue are from here!

It definately has something to do with routing through Dubai servers. Kind of a niche problem, idk if there's a high priority to fix it unfortunately
