Rejoin match bug

I queued into a match, but my screen froze. In my previous game, it did the same thing but eventually fixed itself. This time it stayed frozen, so I restarted the game and tried to rejoin, but it froze again. After restarting once more, I got hit with a 2-hour ban.

Here is me banned for a day due to this issue, i've never abandoned any match before but due to this bug it happened to me multiple time which resulted in this ban
