I had an issue in the game where I joined a match but couldn't get in. I pressed ESC and tried to rejoin. When I pressed "Rejoin," I got a 2-second loading screen, then it kicked me back to my place. I tried rejoining about 5 or 6 times, and then I decided to restart the game since I had been playing for a while. After restarting, I got a 2-hour ban. Today, it happened again, and I didn't restart the game, but I still got a 6-hour ban! I would appreciate it if you could please remove the bans, as none of these issues were my fault.
