Regenerative Pendant - T3 Upgrade for Restorative Locket

I feel that restorative locket in its current phase is severely underpowered and niche, which may be intentional. Outside of a handful of lane-match ups, it fizzles out to the point of uselessness for most mid to late game matches. As a support/tank/flex player, I'd argue that there is an opportunity to make it viable/interesting without making it an OP must buy for all 6 players (a la Rescue Beam days). This could be something spiritually similar to Urn of Shadows where the stacking has its priority divided by heroes with this item if necessary.

Outside of the +2 Health Regen, boon multiplier increase by .1, +5m to stacking range, and +5 to max stacks, I've included some concepts at the bottom of the image which could make this a more fascinating and worthwhile purchase worthy of being a T3/4 item. There are only a handful of reliable ways to heal around the map, so this would complement engagements beyond being an item that sits dormant in your inventory.

Smite had an issue with fountain stacks at one point, where players would re-fill their pots - pop them immediately - and then TP to lane so they had additional healing/mana regen for a limited amount of time at no additional cost. I'd lean against the fountain option personally, but it may incentivize turtle plays in fun ways (probably not, but I'd want to see it tested). Personally, the "prevents execute" option and passively restore stacks option are the most appealing and unique even if it does directly target Shiv and GT. The execute prevention is not seen in the game yet (Razzle Dazzle?), and there is no revive ult similar to Khepri's or death pausing similar to Oracle's ult. This may offer a kindred option for very specific interactions while not overtly dipping its toes into being a broken ability.

Let me know what you think. I haven't labbed out the healing scaling for this item, so it probably requires additional TLC to get it tuned right.

I love the idea of an item that interacts with a specific location on the map. It makes it feel like quest item of sorts, and in gameplay, seeing an enemy buying the item would mean potentially catching them out at that point, and for the owner would introduce new pathing for their game.
Resto locket definitely needs an upgrade I'm glad someone came up with a good idea for one.

I would suggest using the Deadlock Graphic Designer for future item concepts. It is more up to date than Deadmock (though Deadmock was great up until the Shop update).

That said, what if the upgrade gained charges when you collected souls or Urn upgrades off the ground? Collecting an enemy's dropped purse could give something like 5 charges, while the random ones from boxes could give 1 each.
