Recommended heroes for beginners are not highlighted

Summary: In the Chinese localized version, when a player opens the hero selection screen for the first time and closes the pop-up message stating, "We have highlighted heroes suitable for new players," no heroes appear highlighted within the list.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the hero select tab for the first time (using Simplified Chinese)
2. Close the pop-up.
3. Observe that no any highlight in the list.

Expected Result: Some of the heroes should get highlighted.

Actual Result: No recommendations for beginners currently.
