The damage returned by rebuttal is not amplified by the rebuttal owner's damage amplification (i.e., Pocket barrage, Geist malice) nor reduced by outgoing damage reduction (i.e., Cursed Relic).

The damage IS amplified by damage-taken-amplification (i.e., Infernus napalm on target into rebuttal parrying a melee).
