Reactive Barrier not activating on knockups?

I'm not sure if this intentional or if it is broken, but the Item Reactive Barrier isn't activating on Knockup CC, including MonKrill's Burrow knockup, upgraded Lash ground slam and Dynamo's Kinetic Pulse.

This seems to be most likely a bug?

Still procs if your knockup ability pulls them from the air

Yes, it's pretty objectively a "movement lock" ability. Maybe they should change the tooltip.
