Reactive Barrier Activation & Damage Dealing Inconsistent Across Cast's Abilities

Okay, to start of, here's the excel chart:

All abilities marked with yellow will activate Reactive Barrier, but the damage dealt by that ability is dealt to the hero and not the barrier, resulting in damage to the hero and an untouched Barrier.

Be sure to print out this spreadsheet and put it on the intern's desk! Sorry, it's gonna be a lot of colored ink, you guys can afford that.
