+10% Fire Rate
Passive: Carrying unsecured souls grants a weapon damage buff, up to +50% at 1000 unsecured souls.
Numbers can be tweaked but I think it'd be a cool concept to have an item give a bonus for carrying a large amount of unsecured souls.
