Ranking system broken?

I have played a lot of games and i can provide history and SS of my winnings, but currently i've won 11 in a row. still haven't ranked up.

I lost one game and I deranked!? i know it's an early access game and we shouldn't worry about that, but man... It's so degrading to win so many games and then lose one and derank when I haven't even ranked up after 11 wins.

Please, i beg look into this. thank you

I saw in a video about this that said there is a pretty aggressive certainty system in place which causes you to get stuck in ranks until you work down the certainty value. Apparently the majority of new players are stuck in Initiate 1. I personally can move around in rank a good amount but I understand that this is a consistent issue for most players right now.
