Ranked promotion problem

After 2 months brake i played couple games and got INITIATE 1 (my bad). I started playing with my friends and sometimes we win, sometimes we dont. But if we winning they get promotion and i dont. Im trying to deal damage to objects, farm, assist, atc. But no promotion even after 4 wins in a row. Is it a bug or just a visual thing?

thats kinda how my rank was stuck, i was on there for so long. I played super well but never got rewarded, someone else in a low ranked game like that also mentioned how that had that issue.

before someone mentions "increased competitiveness" (or something like that), its turned on

nwm i got promoted...

My solution is you need to turn on and off the "increased competitiveness" couple times (probably)

demoted and same thing again...
