Ranked matchmaking needs a serious fix

When play I will be doing very well and get key player but 4 out of 6 people are sitting there with a negative kd sometimes a person going 0 and 12. If this happens I should not receive a penalty when the issue is clearly my team who was feeding, throwing, or new. Why do I continue to get teams where they do not understand how to play, it is bad enough where there needs to be a time in game requirement before joining other people's ranked matchmaking

Matchmaking becomes worse and worse, new players that never touched a moba nor cared about doing the smallest search about how to try to play it are thrown in regular games. But only in one team. Games aren't balanced at all nor are fun. Stomp or be stomped, there's always going to have a team with clueless feeders thinking this is a regular hero shooter. They'll feed over and over again, trying to facetank someone with 10k souls with their mere 2k because they just don't know. Need to force new players in a forced bot matches and force them to play several heroes before they can go into regular matchmaking so they can have a first impression without being stomped nor ruining other players experience

Ya I would say 25 hours of game play should be required before being let out of entry match making and they should have ranked be a bell curve where you start in the middle and if you are bad you demote but if you are good you rank up. Starting at the bottom of the ranking system just doesn't make sence anymore when so many people either cheat or smurf.
