Was excited to play ranked today but unfortunately the first THREE games I q'd into had the SAME player who could not join. This resulted in the remaining 11 of us having to wait over 5 minutes each time (About 20 mins total of q'ing, finding games, waiting to back out, with no real gameplay). Many of us were the same players across all three games too. I'm sure this player wasn't dodging maliciously and just could not connect/load, but they should receive a cool down or something of the sort for failing to join. Unfortunately I did not grab the match id's from the other two games.
