Rank Update

Ended last week with 7 games played (4 wins - 3 losses) and placed Phantom Star

Played my 7 games this week (5 wins - 2 losses) and I am the same rank

I had 7 wins, 13 losses last week, got Initiate I.
This week - 17 wins, 10 losses, still Initiate I. =(

There is no information about what is needed to rank up.
I don't know if a victory where my individual performance was lower in order to help the team is better than a defeat where my individual performance was better but I didn't help the team.
I don't know if collecting many souls is a positive or negative thing.
I don't know if longer or shorter matches represent a better or worse evaluation.
I don't know if killing my weakest enemy repeatedly is evaluated differently than killing my strongest enemy in the match.
I don't know if staying alive for longer but with no impact on the scenario is better than dying more often at the price of invading the enemy side and destroying objectives.
It's something similar to the Skinner box and we don't have instructions on how to earn rewards. We just believe that they exist and that others have earned them.

Exactly. We don't know what to do to rank up.
Obviously winning more often doesn't help much, so now I need to guess what stat I need to grind if i want to go up.
Why would i want better rank? Regardless of how well i play, others will judge my performance by my rank, so..
I don't want helping people win the matches and staying Initiate I forever =(

What was your rank before Arcanist 2?
