Rank stuck on initiate 2 (VALVE FIX THIS PLEASE)

i swear i have like 3 of these per day, their deaths are my number of kills, i genuinely dont think we belong in this rank after 170+ hours of gameplay it just doesnt make sense. even if you were sucking in those 170 hours youd learn a thing or 2. it's easy for people to tell us "skill issue" when theyre not the ones in our shoes

It’s very annoying, I don’t blame my teamates because they are new and learning but I just think it’s really frustrating getting put in lobbies with brand new players who don’t understand the mechanics when I have 200 games played, I made a new account and hit oracle in 20 games, this ranked system makes no sense

seriously and dude i dont mind being initiate 3 or 4 even, maybe id belong there- my issue is that THIS CRAP WONT BUDGE

i wish i was the same situation, but bro mine has to be broken my friends who i legit carry im not even that good but compared to my friends who have a quarter of my playtime it makes no damn sense that they are reaching archanist and im still in initiate

here, ignore me trying out new characters before the last 3 wins, you will NEVER rank up as fast as your friends, but you CAN get out of initiate 2... its just extremely hard

keep in mind im always 1 loss from going back for the next 3-4 games tho

Search for dota 2 account flag status
Rank is not being calculated properly due to the account flag status its the most common variable
Deadlock account flag status is not public yet so far from my observation and other testers you are grouped by number of restriction history you had in set account

If you want higher rank go make new account and gain free simple rank because of how current ranking system works otherwise suffer in your current account with higher win spree required to gain +1 rank and lose it all within 1 game loss

This has always been the case even in Dota 2 previous multiplayer game that uses the most similar ranking system

I didn't play for about a year and a half before these last few months ,so I doubt it's a persisting flag. I didn't engage in any toxicity either, so I doubt its that. Also, why exactly "Initiate 2"?

All nice and all but if this is true it's massively punishing good new players who just had a rough time figuring out the macros. I have positive winrate since placement and just hit a 7 game winstreak with 5 mvps and went from initiate 6 -> initiate 6. I know I have been reported for smurfing multiple times and in dota that gets you shadow banned, but I am honestly not a smurf and in a game like this people can start out bad and suddenly start dominating when the macro clicks. They should not be shadow banning people for that.

Its permanent flag you can never remove it that's why its pain in the back and require new account

Exactly you seem to understand the solutions and problem is placement from new account
I have no clue why deadlock is following the same terrible system of dota 2
