Randomly ulted by Wraith while using secret shop

Went to the secret shop after shooting minions/jungle creeps for a few minutes. Got hit by a wraith ult - wraith was on the opposite side of the map and I hadn't seen them for about 2 minutes. No sight of the wraith projectile or the sound it makes.
