Random Autosell popup / item buy notification while dead

I've started to notice that sometimes while dead, you can randomly be notified of autoselling an item or be notified that you purchased an item [no item was actually purchased]. I believe this is directly caused by your team members purchasing items and for some strange reason the shop tries to make you buy the item, so if you have no slots left it will ask for you to sell an item, and if you have slots available will notify you that you bought X item.

Not entirely sure what causes this outside of some weird spectator bug, but one time I noticed this happened was when me and my teammate purchased an item at the exact time (they were alive, I was dead). May not be related at all.

Randomly while dead I was prompted to sell my Compress Cooldown item even though I had nothing in my buy queue at the time. I had empty slots remaining when this popped up as well.

This occurred roughly around 14:50-15:00 in the match. I purchased Cold Front and was spectating the base camera, and a few seconds later it randomly prompts me to sell Compress Cooldown.
