Random 1-3 Second freezes during gameplay

Since the last major update, I've been experiencing random freezing, particularly during ults and a lots of particle effects. It happens maybe twice or three times a match. Most recently, I have been with Kelvin during times like his ult or other abilities.

It happens on low to highest graphical settings playing in 4k.

Specs:
4090ti
7950x3d
32gb ddr5 8000mt
M.2 SSD

I've not played as the game now sounds incredibly unstable. Friends are reporting constant issues with general freezing as well.
