I think anti-healing items in this game are good but feel very slot expensive in the late game. I would love to see a late game upgrade for healbane that emphasizes its role in enabling aggressive dive.
Rakish Sprint - Tier 4 Upgrade to Healbane
+175 Bonus Health
+ 1 MS
Passive : Your Spirit attacks applies healing reduction. If an enemy dies under this effect you receive a large heal (350 + 8% of max health) and a speed boost that depreciates over time (+4 MS down to +1 MS for 4 seconds.)
The speed boost would depreciate at a rate of 1 MS a second, so the attacker would briefly be very fast to help escape immediate reaction. If any of the numbers are too high feel free to mess with them however you want.
Clockmaker's Wit - Tier 3 Orange Item
+15% reload speed
+20% weapon damage
Passive: Headshotting enemy heroes lower cooldown of items and abilities by 1 second; The passive has a short internal cooldown that cannot be reduced. This CDR would apply to effects like Mystic Shot and Headshot Booster as well.
This idea was to make an item that both feels rewarding to players who really like the FPS aspects of this game and to compliment items with existing internal cooldowns. I also just think on headshot items like Crippling Headshot are very fun. Ideally the fact that this only works on hitting enemy heroes and the internal cooldown would be enough to keep it fair as it wouldn't be very good at increasing farm efficiency compared to plain CDR.
Clarifying Butter - Tier 2 Green Item
+3 HP Regen
+1 Sprint Speed
Active: Instantly reach sprint speed, sprint cannot be disabled by taking damage for 6 seconds (only by attacking/casting spells.) While item is active leave behind a trail that gives teammates + 2 movement speed and + 10 HP regen for standing on it. The trail lasts for 6 seconds after the ability duration ends. 35 second CD.
This game has so many mobility items and I want more of them. This might be too strong for a tier 2 ability, but that's why the stats are minimal.
