I'm not sure if this is a 'bug' per se, but when you use a level 2 malice at 5k souls and 39 spirit you do an even 100 damage. With quicksilver reload, you will then do over 170 when your ammo is full -- but then it won't proc again unless your magazine is empty.
You can also fire a shot and use a quicksilver ability and hit no one, your next attack will do the proc even with a full magazine. If you wait until the ability cooldown has reloaded, you can use the ability, fire one shot, then use it again to get a double proc back to back.
To reproduce:
Go into sandbox and put quicksilver on malice.
fire one shot at nothing, then use malice. It will say "reloaded!"
12 seconds later quicksilver is back up.
Hit infernus bot with malice, shoot him once, then use malice again
both will proc the quicksilver damage
